Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to join the team in Ede. In this role, you lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders during shifts while taking ownership of productivity and safety. You step up in the Hub Manager's absence to drive order fulfillment and ensure safety and compliance criteria are met.

• Lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders during shifts
• Take ownership of productivity and safety during shifts
• Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
• Step up in Hub Manager's absence to drive order fulfillment
• Ensure safety and compliance criteria are met
• Coach riders and pickers, assist with inventory, check bike fleet, maintain hygiene, and onboard new team members

• Enjoy working with people and being a point of contact for the team
• Hands-on and love working in operations
• Remain calm in stressful situations and motivate the team daily
• Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
• Available for at least 24 hours per week
• Available to work evenings and weekends
