KRUSH Labs B.V. is looking for a Department Manager to lead and develop its electronic design and embedded software teams in Eindhoven. In this role, you provide technical guidance, oversee team performance, and drive collaboration across disciplines.

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, computer engineering, embedded systems, or related field
Experience in electronics, embedded software, or related engineering field
Previous experience in technical leadership, team lead, or engineering management role
Strong understanding of electronic design and embedded software development
Experience with multidisciplinary engineering projects
Experience with project and resource planning
