NTS is looking for a Machining Production Planner to join their team in Eindhoven. In this role, you handle quotation processes, assess customer documentation, and guide NPI projects from an early stage. You also create machining plans, design special tools, and support skilled workers in precision machining.

Wat ga je doen

  • Handle quotation processes: make calculations and issue quotes based on customer documentation
  • Assess customer documentation and change proposals for correctness, completeness, and manufacturability
  • Guide NPI processes from an early stage in collaboration with customers and designers
  • Create routings and machining plans including setup, machining, and changeover times
  • Design and have special tools and fixtures made for complex products
  • Support skilled workers in machining and provide technical guidance to suppliers and outsourcing

Wat je meebrengt

  • Completed technical education at least MBO 4 level, such as Mechanical Engineering or All-round Machining
  • Practical experience in precision machining as a CNC Miller and/or CNC Turner
  • Experience as a work planner, estimator, or CNC programmer in the machining industry
  • Working with µm accuracy, technical drawings, and form and positional tolerances
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken

Mooi meegenomen

  • Knowledge of other machining techniques such as wire and sink EDM and grinding
  • Knowledge of measurement techniques
  • Experience with hyperMILL (CAD/CAM) and Navision (ERP)
