KRUSH Labs B.V. is seeking an R&D Lab Operations Specialist to establish and optimize its laboratory in Eindhoven. You will be responsible for setting up systems that ensure smooth daily operations and support cutting-edge research.

Set up and improve the R&D laboratory
Forecast and ensure availability of components and tools
Implement inventory system and component catalogue
Establish storage and handling standards
Define stock levels and replenishment processes
Manage procurement and laboratory budget

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
4-7 years experience in physics, electronics, or prototype lab
Knowledge of electronic and mechanical components
Experience with inventory management and ERP systems
Understanding of SOPs, ESD controls, and procurement
Hands-on, organized, and collaborative
