About the job

KRUSH Labs B.V. is seeking an R&D Lab Operations Specialist to establish and optimize its laboratory in Eindhoven. You will be responsible for setting up systems that ensure smooth daily operations and support cutting-edge research.

What you will do

  • Set up and improve the R&D laboratory
  • Forecast and ensure availability of components and tools
  • Implement inventory system and component catalogue
  • Establish storage and handling standards
  • Define stock levels and replenishment processes
  • Manage procurement and laboratory budget

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 4-7 years experience in physics, electronics, or prototype lab
  • Knowledge of electronic and mechanical components
  • Experience with inventory management and ERP systems
  • Understanding of SOPs, ESD controls, and procurement
  • Hands-on, organized, and collaborative

Nice to have

  • Experience in robotics, aerospace, or hardware R&D
