KRUSH Labs B.V. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects in radar systems. Based in Eindhoven, this role involves managing budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams to deliver next-generation hardware solutions.

  • Manage and deliver complex engineering projects and programs
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and strategic roadmap planning
  • Work across RF, Embedded, and FPGA teams
  • Lead and participate in design reviews
  • Define technical requirements with Product Owner
  • Drive handoff from engineering to manufacturing

Wat je meebrengt

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, hardware engineering, aerospace, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive hardware engineering experience
  • 3-5 years of leadership or management experience
  • Experience with MIMO radar, beamforming, or automotive radar systems
  • Technical expertise in RF, FPGA, and Embedded
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
