  • Experience recruiting for engineering and hands-on technical/manufacturing positions
  • Understanding of manufacturing job families and skills for plant-based roles
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline-building capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
