Pearl Abyss Europe is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the performance marketing framework for the EMEA region. You will support campaign planning with forecasting and budget recommendations, and identify opportunities for testing and optimization.

What you will do

Own performance marketing framework for EMEA region
Support campaign planning with forecasting and budget recommendations
Identify opportunities for testing and optimization
Monitor KPIs and flag risks and opportunities
Develop and maintain tracking frameworks
Manage marketing measurement tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager

What you bring

3+ years in Performance Marketing, Marketing Analytics or User Acquisition
Strong understanding of marketing attribution and campaign measurement
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in Korean and English
Passion for video games and digital marketing
