Pearl Abyss Europe is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the performance marketing framework for the EMEA region. You will support campaign planning with forecasting and budget recommendations, and identify opportunities for testing and optimization.

- Identify opportunities for testing and optimization
- Monitor KPIs and flag risks and opportunities
- Develop and maintain tracking frameworks
- Manage marketing measurement tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
Wat je meebrengt
- 3+ years in Performance Marketing, Marketing Analytics or User Acquisition
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution and campaign measurement
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Korean and English
- Passion for video games and digital marketing
