Metyis AG is looking for an AI Architect to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will design and implement scalable AI solution foundations and translate technical requirements into effective solutions with stakeholders. You will support the design and implementation of AI applications and data pipelines, contribute to technical specifications, and monitor the performance and reliability of AI infrastructure.
What you will do
- Design and implement scalable AI solution foundations
- Translate technical requirements into effective solutions with stakeholders
- Support design and implementation of AI applications and data pipelines
- Contribute to technical specifications and documentation
- Support integration, deployment, and scaling of AI systems
- Monitor performance, reliability, and cost of AI infrastructure
What you bring
- 3-5 years professional experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, or IT architecture with AI/ML exposure
- Good understanding of AI and ML components like model serving, data pipelines, vector databases, APIs, and orchestration
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Practical experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, containerization (Docker or Kubernetes), and monitoring
- Understanding of data architecture concepts including data warehouses, data lakes, and data governance
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure and/or Databricks
- Experience in international, consulting, or scale-up environments
