Project44 is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the technical implementation of its logistics platform for customers. In this role, you will design API solutions, guide integration projects, and collaborate across teams to ensure successful go-lives.
What you will do
- Lead API solution design for customer implementations
- Create Implementation Design Documents with system architecture and data mappings
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting during implementation
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams
- Support system testing and user acceptance testing
- Lead go-live readiness and post-launch hypercare support
What you bring
- Fluent in English
- 3–5 years customer-facing experience in technical implementations or logistics technology
- Experience with API tools like Postman and project management tools like Jira
- Ability to communicate technical risks to diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable in fast-paced cross-functional environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Nice to have
- Spanish or Italian language skills
- Experience with TMS and ERP systems
