What you will do

Lead and manage the AI research and development team

Monitor AI trends in telecommunications
Ensure scalability and efficiency of AI model deployment

What you bring

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
Proven experience managing AI projects and leading technical teams
In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, deep learning, and data science
At least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role
Fluent in English
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

Knowledge of Dutch
