About the job

Adyen is looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to manage the technical relationship with cellular connectivity partners. You will lead complex investigations and drive improvements in connectivity services.

What you will do

Own technical relationship with cellular connectivity partners
Lead complex connectivity investigations and incidents
Drive partners toward RCA, corrective actions, and preventive measures
Maintain visibility of technical issues, risks, and dependencies
Assess provider, network, SIM/eSIM, and platform changes
Work with internal teams to align technical expectations and priorities

What you bring

Experience in partner engineering, telecom engineering, or similar partner-facing technical role
Proven experience owning complex external technical relationships
Strong understanding of cellular connectivity including LTE/4G/5G, SIM/eSIM, roaming, APNs, mobile networks, IoT connectivity, or managed connectivity platforms
Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed connectivity environments
Experience with incident and problem management, RCA, and corrective actions
Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
