About the job

Mollie is looking for an Analytics Engineering Manager to lead their RevOps team in Amsterdam. You will guide a team of six analytics engineers, own revenue operations metrics, and shape analytics engineering standards.

What you will do

Lead a team of approximately six analytics engineers
Own RevOps domain metrics and ensure they are used
Shape Analytics Engineering craft standards and ways of working
Coach direct reports and review technical work like dbt models
Partner with accountable leads on planning and roadmaps
Drive craft-level initiatives such as tooling and knowledge sharing

What you bring

At least five years in analytics or analytics engineering
Background in a quantitative discipline like mathematics or engineering
Experience leading or managing analytics engineers or analysts
Ability to partner with commercial teams like sales and marketing
Solid hands-on SQL and cloud data warehouse experience
Practical experience with dbt or equivalent data modelling tool

Nice to have

Familiarity with a BI tool that includes a semantic layer, such as Looker
