About the job
Riverflex is looking for an Applied AI Specialist to lead AI implementation workstreams for clients and redesign internal workflows using AI. You will coach the Applied AI consulting team and help build AI coaching and change propositions.
What you will do
- Lead AI implementation workstreams for clients
- Redesign internal workflows at Riverflex using AI
- Coach the Applied AI consulting team on specialist craft
- Build AI coaching and change propositions
What you bring
- 5+ years in consulting, transformation, product or operations
- At least 2 years in AI
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered IDEs like Claude Code or Copilot
- Ability to prototype independently using no-code tools
- Working understanding of LLM primitives
- Fluent in English and based in the Netherlands
Nice to have
- Shipped a non-technical builder programme or internal AI tool
- Public GitHub or active social presence around AI
- Experience designing change specifically around AI
- Domain experience in retail, financial services or consumer
- Dutch language skills
