Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
Proactively solve legal and operational risks
Advise on early-stage disputes and legal interpretations
Drive legal automation and process improvements
Work autonomously and build cross-functional relationships

What you bring

3+ years of legal experience with commercial contracting or transactional experience
Clear communication skills
Strong people skills for diverse stakeholders
Curious and self-directed learner
Self-motivated, pragmatic, reliable, adaptable, detail-oriented
Ability to educate others and prioritize in fast-paced environment
