What you will do

Own craft direction across complex projects and accounts
Define standards and sharpen processes for consistent work
Guide clients and internal teams with creative direction
Drive innovation through experimentation and curiosity
Shape the future of the design practice and mentor talent
Support pitches and represent the company externally

What you bring

10+ years in visual/UI/UX design, 3+ at senior or leadership level
Portfolio showing strategic impact and high-quality execution
Strategic thinker influencing product and business decisions
Recognized design voice that inspires teams and community
Mentorship mindset with coaching and feedback skills
Mastery of Figma and design systems

Nice to have

Motion skills in Jitter or After Effects
