Dash0 is looking for a Growth Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and drive revenue through automation and experimentation. You will work cross-functionally to optimize the user journey and build reporting frameworks.

What you will do

Analyze funnel and product usage data to identify growth opportunities
Develop sales automation and account prioritization models
Design and execute growth campaigns across multiple channels
Run structured growth experiments with clear hypotheses and metrics
Audit and optimize sign-up and onboarding conversion
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for growth metrics

What you bring

Experience in growth, revenue operations, or technical roles at a tech or SaaS company
Clear written and verbal communication in English
Track record of owning cross-functional projects across marketing, sales, and product

Nice to have

Experience marketing or selling to developers
Experience with structured experimentation or product-led growth
Familiarity with observability, DevOps, or developer infrastructure ecosystems
Experience in a fast-paced, venture-backed startup environment
