Lightspeedhq is looking for an Associate Product Manager to cover a maternity leave for 8 to 12 months. In this role, you will build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders while driving product roadmapping and feature prioritization.
What you will do
- Build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders
- Conduct product roadmapping and feature prioritization
- Document business processes, requirements, and pain points
- Facilitate development of new business processes and identify optimization areas
- Translate business requirements into instructions for technical teams
- Manage agile development process including sprint and release planning
What you bring
- 1-2 years of Product Management, Project Management or Business Analysis experience in SaaS implementations
- Ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders
- Intermediate knowledge of standard Salesforce features
- Proven success managing complex projects across multiple functional groups
- Usage of Agile methodologies such as scrum
- Strong organizational skills with ability to pivot and reprioritize across multiple projects
