MSX International is looking for an Automotive Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will provide remote technical support to the Aftersales Network and Field Service Engineer Team, while managing internal escalation processes and analyzing repair trends.

What you will do

Provide remote technical support to Aftersales Network and Field Service Engineer Team
Manage internal escalation process
Research similar cases in internal systems and database
Support Customer Care Call Centre with updated findings and best practices
Create ad hoc reports from technical support and warranty systems
Identify emerging repair trends or quality issues from report analysis

What you bring

Trained and certified to Master Technician or Technical Specialist status or equivalent
Electrical diagnosis skills and experience
Ability to investigate, report on, and diagnose complex vehicle systems
Thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
Can-do attitude
Fluent in Dutch, good understanding of English

Nice to have

High voltage/EV experience
