MSX International is looking for a Warranty Specialist to support dealers in Sassenheim. In this role, you act as the main contact for dealer inquiries and ensure compliance with manufacturer policies.
What you will do
- Act as contact for dealer enquiries
- Support dealers in warranty claim submission and evaluation
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies
- Promote pre-approval process and liaise with technical support
- Support parts return process
- Assist with warranty audits and prepare reports
What you bring
- Experience with warranty processing and guidelines
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Customer-first proactive approach
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Affinity with automotive
