About the job
GreenFlux in Amsterdam is looking for a Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid process. In this role, you will drive bid execution from requirements review to submission, support sales with qualification and proposal development, and coordinate cross-departmental input.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end bid execution from requirements review to submission
- Support Sales with bid qualification and proposal development
- Coordinate input and reviews across departments
- Standardize and improve bid workflows using AI and automation
- Maintain a library of approved tender responses and sales documentation
- Analyze bid outcomes and share insights with teams
What you bring
- 1-2 years of bid or proposal management experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and analytical thinking
- Experience with process improvement and knowledge management
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI-enabled bid tools
- Experience in EV charging, mobility or energy
