About the job
GreenFlux is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and line manage engineers across up to three development teams in Amsterdam. This role focuses on ensuring predictable, high-quality software delivery while driving improvements in engineering processes and contributing to the strategic direction of the Development department.

- Line manage engineers of up to three development teams
- Ensure teams deliver high-quality software predictably and efficiently
- Assess and challenge engineering decisions for quality and scalability
- Drive improvements in engineering processes and practices
- Build and maintain high-performing teams with balanced skills
- Contribute to strategic direction of the Development department
What you bring
- 3+ years as Engineering Manager, preferably in tech scale-up or SaaS
- Solid software engineering background
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing performance
- Strong focus on delivery and execution
- Extensive knowledge of software development and agile methods
- Fluency in English

- Dutch language skills
