EVERIENCE is looking for a Business Analyst Senior to lead the development and maintenance of business cases for large-scale digital initiatives. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business, IT, engineering, and digitalisation, driving measurable impact on business efficiency and digital maturity.

What you will do

  • Lead development and maintenance of business cases for digital initiatives
  • Define assumptions, baselines, costs, benefits and timelines
  • Identify and document dependencies between projects and initiatives
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative business value
  • Establish and maintain business case tracking and benefits monitoring
  • Gather, refine and prioritize business requirements with stakeholders

What you bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, Finance, Enterprise Automation or related field
  • Several years of experience in business analysis and requirements management
  • Proven experience developing business cases within digital transformation or technology programs
  • Experience with benefit definition, baseline development, assumption management and benefits tracking
  • Strong analytical skills with quantitative and qualitative business value
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have

  • Experience within the energy sector or asset-intensive environment
  • Knowledge of renewable energy, asset management, maintenance, monitoring and control, asset data, financial reporting or program governance
