Flow Traders is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their Amsterdam team. In this role, you will translate business intent into clear requirements and drive alignment across departments.

What you will do

Translate business intent into requirements
Prioritize business requests
Define and track project ROI
Establish KPI definitions and ownership
Drive alignment across departments
Bridge business, BI, and FP&A

What you bring

Substantial experience as a business analyst in data- or reporting-heavy environment
Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into technical specifications
Experience developing business cases and defining ROI
Proven ability to define KPIs with stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to operate independently in advisory capacity

Nice to have

Experience in financial services, trading, or regulated environment
Familiarity with SQL or Power BI
Exposure to data governance or data quality practices
