Simvia is a growing impact scale-up in Amsterdam, seeking a Business Development Associate to focus on the DACH region. You will drive growth by identifying and engaging potential clients in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
What you will do
- Proactively identify and research leads in the DACH region
- Cold call and conduct targeted outreach to decision-makers
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Update the CRM system and manage the pipeline
- Build industry knowledge and develop skills
What you bring

- 1+ year of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in German
