NLC Health Ventures is seeking a Capital Acquisition Manager to drive fundraising efforts in Amsterdam. This role focuses on building and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and private wealth networks to support healthcare innovation.
What you will do
- Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, private bankers, and wealth managers
- Attend local business and social events for networking
- Work on inbound leads from LinkedIn and HubSpot campaigns
- Keep leads and touchpoints organized
- Contribute to positioning funds and ventures for private wealth audiences
- Work cross-functionally with fund operations and investment teams
What you bring
- 8+ years in private banking, wealth management, or client-facing role
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Skilled in building networks and relationship building
- Organized to manage multiple relationships in parallel
- Based in or willing to work from Amsterdam
- Willing to travel within Netherlands and Europe
