NLC Health Ventures is seeking an Investment Director to lead healthtech investment activities across Europe. This high-impact role involves sourcing, structuring, and closing early-stage investments in life-changing healthcare innovations.
What you will do
- Identify and evaluate healthtech investment opportunities across Europe
- Structure and negotiate deal terms, licence agreements, and capital deployment
- Lead new venture incorporation and early strategy development
- Build institutional partnerships with healthtech corporates and investors
- Manage team members for venture creation and portfolio management
- Support fundraising for Fund V
What you bring
- 8 to 15 years of experience in healthtech investing, deal sourcing, diligence, structuring, or venture building
- Venture capital experience strongly preferred; comparable corporate development, M&A, or operating roles considered
- Track record of sourcing, evaluating, and closing early-stage healthtech investments
- Deep healthtech domain expertise in regulatory, reimbursement, clinical, and commercial drivers
- Experience negotiating licence agreements, term sheets, and investment structures
- Based in Europe, preference for the Netherlands with regular Amsterdam office presence
