Persuasive BV is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its Utrecht-based team in advancing a medtech venture. This fractional, hybrid role focuses on securing funding, shaping go-to-market strategy, and driving execution for European and potential US expansion.
What you will do
- Select business model and build go-to-market plan for Europe with potential US expansion
- Secure €1 to 2M in next funding round from angels, corporate VCs, and strategic partners
- Represent company externally with clinicians, partners, and investors
- Drive fundraising efforts and engage with investors
- Identify barriers to adoption by understanding clinical applications and workflows
- Lead and refocus small team on execution with clear priorities
What you bring
- Demonstrated success raising from angels, corporate VCs, and grants in medtech or IVD
- Existing warm investor network in Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany
- Senior leadership in In-Vitro-Diagnostics or biomarker detection technology
- Experience shaping go-to-market strategies and pricing for medical products
- Comfortable in small, fast-moving organization leading from the front
- Experience working across European markets
Nice to have
- Experience in Cardiology or Cardiovascular space
- Exposure to US market
