Adyen is looking for a CDD Risk Analyst to join the Customer Onboarding team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for enterprise accounts, ensuring compliance and high-quality risk assessments. You will act as the primary contact for merchants and collaborate with various internal teams to balance risk and growth.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for enterprise accounts, including due diligence and compliance
  • Maintain first-time-right quality across risk assessments and regional standards
  • Act as primary contact for merchants during onboarding, providing guidance
  • Collaborate with commercial, compliance, and product teams to balance risk and growth
  • Handle complex risk escalations and make decisions on high-risk scenarios
  • Align local procedures with global policy and second-line compliance standards

What you bring

  • 3-6 years experience in CDD, EDD, or KYC
  • High sense of responsibility, integrity, and ability to prioritize
  • Curious, analytical, critical mindset with problem-solving orientation
  • Clear communicator and team player, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Experience collaborating with commercial stakeholders
  • Experience with policies, procedures, and product teams
