Adyen is looking for a CDD Risk Analyst to join the Customer Onboarding team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for enterprise accounts, ensuring compliance and high-quality risk assessments. You will act as the primary contact for merchants and collaborate with various internal teams to balance risk and growth.

Manage end-to-end onboarding for enterprise accounts, including due diligence and compliance
Maintain first-time-right quality across risk assessments and regional standards
Act as primary contact for merchants during onboarding, providing guidance
Collaborate with commercial, compliance, and product teams to balance risk and growth
Handle complex risk escalations and make decisions on high-risk scenarios
Align local procedures with global policy and second-line compliance standards

Wat je meebrengt

3-6 years experience in CDD, EDD, or KYC
High sense of responsibility, integrity, and ability to prioritize
Curious, analytical, critical mindset with problem-solving orientation
Clear communicator and team player, comfortable with ambiguity
Experience collaborating with commercial stakeholders
Experience with policies, procedures, and product teams
