About the job
Contentoo is looking for a Client Operations Associate to join their Amsterdam team. In this hybrid role, you'll manage inbound operations requests and coordinate between clients, account managers, and freelancers.
What you will do
- Manage inbound operations requests via email intake hub
- Track project milestones and deliverables for client accounts
- Coordinate between clients, account managers, and freelancers
- Identify workflow improvements and process automations
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members
What you bring
- 1 to 2 years in operations, project management, or delivery role
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced settings
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Team collaboration skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Process-oriented with interest in automation
Nice to have
- Experience in marketing tech, SaaS, agency, or creative environments
