What you will do

Lead and perform consulting missions for clients
Supervise and steer other consultants' work
Develop market share in Banking in Belgium
Support business development in the Netherlands
Prospect, write and defend proposals, manage client relationships
Develop thought leadership materials and coach consultants

What you bring

Master's degree from a top university in business, engineering, economics or related
Fundamental insight in the Banking market
7 to 10 years of relevant consulting experience in Banking
Self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial with proven business development skills
Ability to monitor market trends and trigger actions
Bilingual Dutch and English, Dutch mandatory
