Sia, an international consultancy, is looking for a Consultant in Insurance and Digital Insurance to join their Amsterdam office. In this hybrid role, you will work on project assignments for clients in the insurance sector, contributing to data-driven solutions and digital transformation. You will quickly take on team support roles and help build knowledge within the business units.

Execute project assignments such as data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, and functional specifications

Completed Master's Degree
Passion and affinity with the insurance sector
Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills
Ability to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems
Team player with ability to work independently and share thoughts
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong interest in data and AI topics
