Turner & Townsend is looking for a Cost & Commercial Management Lead to oversee cost management across projects and programmes in Amsterdam. You will establish standards, prepare budgets, monitor costs, and support procurement and commercial evaluations.
What you will do
- Lead cost management across projects and programmes
- Establish cost management standards and reporting frameworks
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, cost plans and budgets
- Monitor project costs and lead cost forecasting
- Support procurement and commercial evaluations
- Develop cost reports and performance dashboards
What you bring
- Minimum 10 years experience in cost management or related field
- Experience on large complex capital projects
- Expertise in estimating, cost planning and forecasting
- Experience in contractor commercial management and change control
- Advanced Excel and commercial reporting skills
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Professional qualification such as MRICS
- Experience in large-scale development programmes
- Experience implementing cost governance frameworks
- Knowledge of benchmarking techniques
- Experience supporting executive-level decision-making
- Understanding of integrated cost, schedule and risk management
