Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced programme leader to drive compliance and strategic direction for major regional projects. You will engage with multi-disciplinary client teams and provide high-level advice on project timelines and commercials.
What you will do
- Engage with multi-disciplinary client teams
- Drive compliance for regional projects
- Advise on project timeline and commercials at strategic level
- Provide scope, risk, schedule, milestone, budget, change, and resource forecasting
- Set up and implement programme structures, processes, and standards
- Drive project governance in the region
What you bring
- Minimum 15 years experience in programme management or major capital programme leadership
- Proven track record leading large-scale real estate or infrastructure programmes
- Experience managing programmes exceeding €500 million capital value
- Strong understanding of development, design, procurement, construction, and project controls
- Experience establishing programme governance and delivery frameworks
- Strong commercial, financial, and contractual management experience
Nice to have
- Experience supporting institutional investors, developers, or major corporate clients
- Experience leading programme mobilisation and organisational transformation
- Professional qualifications in programme or project management
- Experience in international and multi-stakeholder environments
- Understanding of integrated programme controls
- Dutch market experience and familiarity with local development processes
