About the job
Altura is looking for a Customer Adoption Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you'll own the full onboarding and implementation process for new customers, ensuring they get the most out of the platform from day one. You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers to understand customer workflows and translate them into effective product setups.
What you will do
- Own all new customer onboarding and implementations from kickoff to go-live
- Join CSM-led discovery sessions to understand customer workflows and translate into product setup
- Build customer workflows in the platform
- Monitor adoption and usage signals using tooling and act on them
- Flag at-risk accounts and run re-onboarding or re-activation plays
- Find upsell and expansion signals and execute on them

- Fluent in Dutch and English
