Altura is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will prospect with intent, build pipeline, and navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders. You will partner closely with the VP Revenue to refine go-to-market strategies while owning your pipeline and targets with full transparency.

- 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience
- Comfort with outbound prospecting
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong discovery and communication skills
- Track record of hitting targets
- Native or bilingual Dutch and fluent English

- Sold products with multiple use cases or complexity
- Sold to markets beyond Benelux
- Sold something requiring customer education for a new category
