Altura is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers, analyze their goals, and drive account growth. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers
- Analyze customer goals and tailor solutions
- Onboard new customers and train end users
- Run quarterly business reviews with stakeholders
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive account growth
- Collect customer feedback and share with product team
What you bring
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success
- 4+ relevant commercial roles, preferably in a SaaS scaleup
- Proven track record managing stakeholders and driving customer success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Results-driven with focus on exceeding customer expectations
