About the job

Workwize is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will manage the entire customer lifecycle and drive revenue growth through strong relationships.

What you will do

  • Manage customer lifecycle from delivery to renewal
  • Strengthen customer relationships through engagement
  • Drive revenue growth via upselling and cross-selling
  • Use data analysis for adoption and revenue maximization

What you bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or compelling reason for not completing one
  • 4+ years in client-facing role managing complex accounts, preferably SaaS
  • Previous sales experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent English communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM systems, HubSpot a plus
