As a Customs Analyst at Kraft Heinz, you will ensure smooth international trade operations by researching customs requirements and maintaining compliance. This onsite role in Amsterdam focuses on optimizing new trade lanes and supporting logistics workflows.

What you will do

Research customs requirements for new trade lanes
Collaborate with logistics and brokers to create workflows
Monitor new regulations for market entry barriers
Maintain customs blueprints in SAP and other systems
Develop standard operating procedures for new regions
Track new lane launches and identify bottlenecks

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business
3-4 years experience in shipping or logistics operations
Knowledge of European trade and customs
Proficiency with ERP and TMS systems, preferably SAP
Understanding of export/import processes and Incoterms
Advanced Excel skills and analytics tools experience

Nice to have

Experience in CPG or food industry
Familiarity with customs regimes like transit or warehousing
Knowledge of temperature-controlled logistics
