Metyis AG is looking for a Data Product Owner Lead to drive the development of Data & Analytics products and implementations. In this role, you will shape product visions and lead cross-cultural teams to deliver measurable business impact.

What you will do

  • Lead development of Data & Analytics products and implementation
  • Set up and facilitate workshops, interviews, discovery sessions with clients
  • Shape product vision and define outcomes, gaps, and measurable business impact
  • Prepare project execution plans with stakeholders
  • Manage sprint goals, ceremonies, progress, risks, and roadmap communication
  • Lead cross-cultural, multi-skilled team of architects, experts, and developers

What you bring

  • 5+ years in data analytics, technology, or consulting project execution and delivery
  • 1+ years at project lead level
  • 2+ years with data and analytics solutions delivery, including cloud computing
  • Degree in quantitative field or MBA
  • Experience in product ownership and project management
  • Experience with Waterfall or Agile and running scrum teams

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Python, PowerBI, Tableau, cloud analytics, Data Science Modelling, Deep Learning, AI
  • Knowledge of data warehouse design, development, and maintenance
  • Experience with solution architecture design and development
  • Experience with product discovery techniques like user research, opportunity mapping, jobs-to-be-done
