Monumental is looking for a Deployment Manager to lead the logistics and on-site execution of its deployments in Amsterdam. This role combines operational leadership with customer growth and full P&L ownership.

What you will do

Plan logistics of a deployment
Oversee construction site and manage team
Build operational systems to improve deployments
Work with customers and drive growth
Own the P&L of the deployment
Support hiring of operators

What you bring

Minimum 3 years management experience as startup founder, GM, or in operations
Native Dutch speaker
Excellent communicator
Willing to do hands-on work
Bias-to-action mentality
Comfortable in high-stress environment
