About the job

Monumental is looking for a Deployment Operations Manager to lead the logistics and execution of deploying robots and teams at construction sites in Amsterdam. In this role, you will manage operations, improve efficiency, and drive growth with existing and new customers.

What you will do

  • Plan deployment logistics including robots, humans, and coordination with subcontractors
  • Oversee construction site operations and manage team
  • Build operational systems to improve deployment efficiency
  • Own deployment profit and loss and propose unit economics improvements
  • Work with existing customers and drive growth of new projects
  • Support hiring and interviewing of operators

What you bring

  • 2-5 years of industry experience in operations, commercial, project delivery, or running own company
  • Experience in chaotic environments like startups, construction, logistics, or field services
  • Native Dutch speaker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to do hands-on work
  • Strong bias-to-action and execution focus
