Workwize is looking for a DevOps Engineer to design and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure and manage Kubernetes clusters. You will work in a flexible hybrid environment in Amsterdam, collaborating on microservices-based systems and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.

What you will do

Design and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure
Manage and optimize Kubernetes (EKS) clusters
Build and maintain Docker images and container workflows
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate on microservices-based systems
Monitor system health and performance

What you bring

3-5 years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure
Hands-on AWS experience (EKS, EC2, SQS, RDS, VPC)
Strong Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker expertise
Proven CI/CD pipeline implementation
Scripting in Bash, Python, or Go
Database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

Nice to have

Experience with PHP/Laravel applications
Cost monitoring tools (AWS Cost Explorer, CloudHealth)
Security and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001)
GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, FluxCD)
Serverless and event-driven architectures
Agile or DevSecOps environments
