About the job

Workwize is looking for an IT Service Manager to own escalations and improve device enrollment and decommissioning processes. You will be the main point of contact for enterprise clients during issues and work closely with Sales and Customer Success.

What you will do

Own and solve escalations for device enrollment and decommissioning
Be point of contact for enterprise clients during issues
Find root causes of repeat issues
Improve IT servicing processes, tools, and visibility
Improve integrations with clients and Apple
Work with Sales and Customer Success to include IT Servicing in sales

What you bring

Experience in technical IT operations, device or MDM management, or IT service delivery
Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager or DEP and Windows Autopilot
Experience with MDM tools like Kandji, Jamf, or Intune
Experience with device wipe or data erasure tools like Blancco
Experience working directly with clients, including handling escalations
Experience with ticketing tools like Zendesk or Pylon, and Linear or similar

Nice to have

Worked at Apple or Microsoft on device enrollment or deployment
Worked at a managed service provider
Supported sales or pre-sales conversations
Worked at a scale-up or B2B service company
