About the job
Intelic is seeking a Drone Systems & Integration Engineer to join their team in Amsterdam. This role focuses on building, assembling, and testing drone systems, from airframes to avionics. You will work hands-on with interconnected systems and support real-world flight validation.
What you will do
- Build and assemble drones with airframes, electronics, sensors, and avionics
- Learn MAVLink and drone operations, configure and test flight systems
- Understand interconnected systems and avionics in vehicles
- Support repairs and diagnose issues in vehicles and Nexus
- Conduct real-world flight tests for system validation
- Apply CAD skills to adapt drone components
What you bring
- Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Robotics, or similar
- Junior-to-medior level experience with engineering foundation
- Interest in interconnected mechanical, electrical, and software systems
- Hands-on experience with drones, robotics, or embedded systems
- Basic CAD and prototyping skills
- Clear communication and flexibility for field tests abroad
Nice to have
- Experience with embedded software or scripting (C++, Python, ROS2)
