About the job
Intelic is looking for a Junior System Administrator to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will provide user support, handle onboarding and offboarding, and contribute to infrastructure maintenance and cloud migration.
What you will do
- Provide user-level tech support
- Handle onboarding and offboarding of users and equipment
- Contribute to infrastructure and server maintenance
- Support security team in triaging alerts
- Participate in cloud-to-on-premise migration
- Develop and implement improvement ideas
What you bring
- Eagerness to learn and enthusiasm for the work
- Preference for open source solutions
- 0–2 years of experience in tech support, help desk, or junior sysadmin role
- Home lab or personal projects to discuss
- Good theoretical understanding of network infrastructure and protocols
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Dutch fluency
- IT-related MBO or university-level education
