About the job

Nivoda is looking for an Enablement and Conversion Manager to join its Revenue Operations team in Amsterdam. You will train sales reps, own onboarding for new team members, and ensure marketing campaigns connect with the front line.

What you will do

Train and maintain standards for sales reps
Own onboarding for new SDRs, AEs, and AMs
Create and update product documentation
Link marketing campaigns to the front line
Translate product roadmap into enablement
Build call scoring rubrics and run weekly reviews

What you bring

Experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or frontline sales coaching in a high-volume environment
Scored calls at volume using tools like Gong
Fluent with AI tooling for transcript review
Built onboarding for reps from scratch
Can coach managers as well as reps
Writes clearly for documentation

Nice to have

Experience with onboarding or activation motions
Background in diamonds, jewellery, or supply-driven marketplace
A second language relevant to EMEA or North America
