About the job

Datasnipper is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Alwin Agent Runtime team. You will guide a team of engineers, drive AI adoption, and own the technical direction of AI-powered agents for assurance workflows.

What you will do

Lead an engineering team through outcomes and clear goals
Improve team performance and grow engineers
Drive AI adoption to tackle harder problems and raise quality
Build AI-powered agents for assurance workflows
Own technical direction and architecture of the Alwin Agent Runtime
Partner with Product and Infrastructure teams on roadmap

What you bring

At least 3 years leading and managing engineering teams
Minimum 5 years as a software engineer
Track record of leading teams that build with AI
Experience building AI-powered products with LLMs or agentic workflows
Empowerment style of management
Strong understanding of software architecture and distributed systems

Nice to have

Experience building and deploying GenAI applications in production
Experience with agentic systems or orchestration frameworks
Experience with Python and modern backend development
Familiarity with Azure AI services and cloud infrastructure
Experience with observability and monitoring tools
Experience in fintech, audit technology, or document-intensive workflows
